The group, known as “Fe y Esperanza”, or “Faith and Hope”, had grown to more than 600 migrants by September 28, according to Spain’s EFE news agency. While the caravan initially consisted of Honduran migrants, its numbers increased as people from other countries and migrants already in southern Mexico joined the group.
