The re-release runs for approximately 3 hours and 5 minutes, with several additions woven into the original film. It features a new introductory sequence, previously unseen footage involving characters including Loki and Steve Rogers, and a special tribute to Stan Lee. One of the most notable additions comes during the film’s ending. Steve Rogers and Peggy Carter’s emotional dance sequence has been extended, with Loki appearing in his TVA uniform and offering the couple his assistance before the scene cuts to black. The theatrical re-release also includes an exclusive preview of Avengers: Doomsday, giving audiences an additional glimpse at Marvel’s upcoming blockbuster and connecting the events of Endgame Encore with the next chapter of the Avengers saga. Meanwhile, Doomsday is scheduled to hit theatres on December 18, 2026.
