The accident occurred near the Cherry County Society under the Bisrakh police station area on Monday, September 21, when a Mahindra Thar car allegedly being driven negligenitly hit a scooter carrying Neeraj Kumar and his wife, Nishi Srivastava. The driver fled the spot after the accident, police said.
