The actor further drew a comparison between Jason and his father, Vijay. He said, “Looking at Sanjay, I feel he looks similar to how his father (CM Vijay), looked in the 94-95′ period. I also attended the opening ceremony of a Vijay’s film once. So, when Jason Sanjay became a director and wanted to invite me, I felt very happy. I asked him why he chose to be a director and not an actor. He told me he is interested in writing and direction. He imbibed those qualities from his grandfather.”
