Sharing his note with fans, Sai Dharam Tej wrote, “Five years ago today, I was given a second chance at life, carried through by your prayers, love and unconditional support. I needed every single one of them.” The actor went on to provide an update about his health, saying that he has recovered 90 per cent from his injuries. However, he acknowledged that there are still some aspects of his recovery that he is working on.
