At least 11 people were shot dead after unknown gunmen attacked a group of 14 people inside a house in the Ziko area of KwaMakhutha, south of Durban, on Tuesday night.
A pregnant woman was among those shot in the attack, according to reports. Police are investigating the scene and searching for evidence as they work to identify and arrest those responsible.
The motive behind the shooting remains unknown.
