After winning two medals on the first day, Sunday (September 20), there will be 14 medal events where India can find itself on the podium on Monday (September 21). The Indian contingent will be involved in 45 events across 14 sports.
The Indian men’s badminton and Kabaddi team will kickstart their campaign. However, the highlight will be the men’s table tennis team playing against arch-rivals Pakistan. The game is a vital one as it is the last one of the group stage. India’s qualification is at stake after they lost 3-0 to Iran on the opening day after starting with a win over Indonesia.
