The investigating agency, on Thursday, approached the special court at Kolkata’s Bichar Bhavan, alleging that Chatterjee has not been regularly appearing before the CBI as required under the terms of his bail. The matter came up for hearing before the court, with Chatterjee’s lawyer citing his client’s health issues in response to the allegations.
