The producer added that the team received numerous calls about the missed opportunity, saying, “We got calls from a thousand people about why didn’t we submit the film.” Singh then candidly admitted that the team had not been aware of the process in time. “But we didn’t know about it. We are busy with too many things. Also, we are a really small team,” she said.
