Trump's Childhood Home Sells for Nearly $2 Million After Major Renovation

The seller, developer Tommy Lin, bought the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home last year for $835,000, purchasing it after it had sat empty and deteriorating for a long stretch of time. Lin then poured roughly $500,000 into an eight-month renovation, adding features like a chef’s kitchen, herringbone wood flooring and upscale, spa-style bathrooms, according to a report from the New York Post.
