Rashmika Mandanna recovers from injury
Rashmika injured herself while shooting for a dance sequence on Mysaa‘s set. She was advised a six-week complete rest before resuming work. In an Instagram post, the actress called it her most aggressive film, and explained her injury. “There are 4 tendons on each side of your hip that connect your hip to your leg, and one of those tendons on my right hip apparently had detached, and that has to attach again, for me to be able to lift my leg up,” she wrote.

Rashmika’s Mysaa, directed by Rawindra Pulle, is scheduled to release on November 27. Ranabaali, with Vijay, releases on October 16. The period drama is directed by Rahul Sankrityayan and will release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
