Manav Suthar continued his purple patch and achieved a unique record in first-class cricket. Suthar, who returned to play county cricket for Warwickshire after the Test series against Sri Lanka, became only the second cricketer in history to take at least one wicket across both innings without conceding a run. The left-arm spinner achieved the feat during the Division One game against Glamorgan. The 24-year-old spinner scalped one wicket in three balls that he bowled in Glamorgan’s first innings. Ethan Bamber took a five-fer while captain Ed Barnard scalped three wickets as Warwickshire folded Glamorgan for 69 runs. Chris Woakes went wicketless.
