The clip showed an artist- dedicatedly- painting a Ganesh idol. Turns out, the artist was from Pakistan, and the idol was for a Maharashtrian family. As per the video’s description, the ‘Ganpati Bappa idol’ was for a ‘Math Mandir’– a temple run by the said Maharashtrian family in Karachi.

The clip, soon after being shared online, went viral, pulling many amused reactions. Most loved the “wholesomeness” of the moment, while the rest hailed the artist’s devotion towards his art and his work.
