An 81-year-old retired Indian Air Force Sergeant, his wife and their son were arrested on Monday in connection with the collapse of a five-storey building in southwest Delhi’s Satya Niketan that killed seven people. The accused have been identified as Hariram Gupta, 81, his wife Urmila Gupta, 75, and their son Mahesh Gupta, 52.
