A supercar rally in Mumbai, with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ wife, Amruta Fadnavis, as the chief guest, was organised for a positive cause; however, it ended up drawing online attention for all the wrong reasons. A “heartbreaking” video from the ‘cancer awareness’ drive surfaced online, showing a panicked woman requesting passage ahead of the start of the rally. Allegedly, the woman had an “emergency at home”, whereas the supercar rally had created a gridlock, leaving her car stuck.
