On the work front, Diljit was last seen in Satluj. The actor’s film, based on the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, had a delayed release on ZEE5. Within a few hours of its OTT premiere, the movie was pulled down from the streaming platform. Before that, the actor starred in Main Vaapas Aaunga. Co-starring Vedang Raina and Sharvari, the movie was theatrically released on June 12. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, the film clashed with Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata and Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past at the box office.
