It’s 2018; Akhandanand Tripathi (Pankaj Tripathi), famously known as Kaleen, is performing the annual puja. Munna (Divyenndu), his son, misses it, citing ill health. However, Kaleen knows the actual reason behind it. Known for his terrorising presence, Munna’s relationship with Kaleen is bitter. He misses his deceased mother and celebrates her birthday alone. While Munna is known for his notorious and entitled behaviour, Kaleen trusts Bablu Pandit (Jitendra Kumar) and his elder brother Guddu Pandit (Ali Fazal) for his drug deals. Kaleen rules the crime world of Mirzapur and he has many enemies.
