After directing blockbuster films, Lokesh Kanagaraj made his acting debut with Arun Matheswaran-directed DC with Wamiqa Gabbi. The Tamil film released in theatres on August 7. With positive reviews and response from the audience, the gangster drama became one of the highest-earning Tamil movies of 2026. After its theatrical run, DC will be arriving on the OTT soon. The date has been locked, and the film will be streaming on two platforms. The makers are yet to make an official announcement.
