According to reports, Kyiv residents are back to sleeping in metro stations because Russian missile attacks are overwhelming the city’s defenses. Ukraine used to intercept around 70% of incoming ballistic missiles back in March, but that dropped to 20% by July, and it’s reportedly becoming even worse, including one night with zero interceptions.
