Keerthy Suresh has confirmed her role with Nani’s upcoming film The Paradise, putting an end to speculation surrounding her association in the much anticipated film. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the film marks Keerthy Suresh’s reunion with both Nani and the filmmaker after their successful 2023 collaboration Dasara. Her announcement comes just ahead of the release of the film’s second single, Yesha Nagula, composed by Anirudh Ravichander. Keerthy Suresh shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the film and teased fans with a caption that references Nani’s character.

Keerthy Suresh took to social media to confirm that she will be part of The Paradise, which stars Nani in the lead role and is directed by Srikanth Odela. The actor shared a behind-the-scenes picture from the film and captioned it, “Vaadi Jadal ni muttukuntte vaadiki sarrruumantadi” (If his locks are touched, he will get angry). The post has created curiosity about her character and her role in the film.
The announcement comes ahead of the second single from The Paradise. Titled Yesha Nagula, the song is composed by Anirudh Ravichander and written by Kasarla Shyam, with vocals by Jangi Rey and Prabha.
A few days ago Keerthy Suresh has given a witty response to social media claims that she agreed to perform a dance number in Nani’s upcoming film due to a lack of substantial work. The video referred to the Nani-starrer as a Kannada film instead of a Telugu one. Rather than offering a lengthy clarification, Keerthy responded with a sarcastic comment in Tamil: “Vera level ponga! Chinna correction. Nani nadippathu Telugu. Kannada alla.” (It’s on another level! Just a small correction: Nani is acting in a Telugu film, not a Kannada one.)

Nani plays Jadal in The Paradise, which also features veteran actor Mohan Babu as Shikanji Malik, Kayadu Lohar as Subbu and Raghav Juyal as Vikram Malik. Sonali Kulkarni is also part of the cast.
The film is produced by SLV Cinemas and is scheduled to release in theatres on September 24. The makers are planning releases in several languages, including Hindi, Tamil, English, Spanish, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam, in addition to Telugu. The first single, Aaya Sher, was released in February and has crossed 200 million views on YouTube, while also collecting more than 1.8 million likes on the platform. Kasarla Shyam, who penned the lyrics for Aaya Sher, has once again joined forces with Anirudh Ravichander for the film’s second single. The song is expected to further build anticipation ahead of the film’s release.
