In her contempt petition, Uzma Khan accused government officials of deliberately and repeatedly violating the Supreme Court’s directions. She named several officials and ministers as respondents, including Islamabad’s chief commissioner, the interior secretary, Punjab’s inspector general of prisons, the Adiala Jail superintendent, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar.
