Rakhi is a celebration of the bond between siblings, and that feeling only gets stronger when distance has kept you apart for a while. In her recent reel, food influencer Soundarya Kakar, talks about how her younger sister lives in a different city, and the two of them have not spent a Rakhi together in over a decade. So this year, Kakar decided to make something that is far more memorable than the usual box of sweets. Her dessert mixed 2 entirely different worlds – Italian tiramisu and Indian classic sweet rasgulla. She also uses caramelised Biscoff to tie the whole thing together. The result is a Biscoff Rasgulla Tiramisu that sounds like an unlikely combination on paper but comes together deliciously.
