Flooding was reported in several parts of New York City as heavy storms moved through Thursday evening. Rainwater was seen pouring onto a subway platform at Penn Station, while heavy rain was also reported in Chelsea, Manhattan, and near the Clearview Expressway in Bayside, Queens.
