Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups plunges into the shadowy world of Goa’s coastal underworld, spanning the 1940s to the 1970s. Yash takes centre stage as Raya, a ruthless gangster whose rise to power is fuelled by smuggling, betrayal and bloodshed. As his empire grows, so do the cracks in his relationship with his son, Ticket. Blending crime, family conflict and psychological darkness, the film explores Raya’s hunger for power, revenge and survival. Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth round out the ensemble. Toxic arrives in cinemas on August 26, 2026.
