“I hereby submit this complaint seeking registration of an FIR and appropriate investigation into an incident which occurred during the Independence Day function organised at AICC Hq, Indira Bhawan, 9A Kotla Marg, New Delhi – 110002, on 15 August 2026, concerning the singing of the National Song, our pride ‘Vande Mataram’,” the complaint read.
