Allegedly, Shaikh remembered who the passenger was, but could not call him due to it not being an option for Ola drivers. After a while, the passenger finally contacted his own phone and got connected to the drive, requesting him to drop the phone. Further going ‘beyond’ to help the passenger, Shaikh himself drove to the passenger’s location- Malabar Hill- and handed over the phone.
