The BBC is seeking to question three members of Donald Trump’s family as part of its defence against the US President’s $10bn defamation lawsuit, according to court documents. The broadcaster wants subpoenas issued to Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, arguing they may have first-hand information about Trump’s intentions when he delivered his 6 January 2021 speech.
