Referring to a meeting that he held earlier in the day with the family of Uttarakhand girl Ankita Bhandari – the 19-year-old hotel receptionist who was allegedly raped and murdered in September 2022 – Rahul added, “At Jantar Mantar, students wanted to express themselves. Today a lady met me whose daughter was raped and killed. She wanted to express herself. But they said that it disturbs the order.”
