Sunny Deol is returning with another patriotic film that sheds light on the lesser-explored relationship between Hindu and Muslim families. In Batwara 1947, he plays the lead role along with Shabana Azmi and Preity Zinta. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers unveiled the trailer that gave a glimpse into the human drama created by Rajkumar Santoshi. Sunny, being the crowd puller, is said to be the highest-paid actor on board. As per reports, Batwara 1947 is mounted on a budget of Rs 150 crore.
