Google is geared up to host its Made By Google event on August 12. The tech giant has officially revealed the design of the upcoming Pixel 11 Pro Fold ahead of its official debut. The book-style foldable flagship is expected to be launched alongside the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro in India. While the overall looks remain familiar, the company has introduced subtle design changes, specially catering to the primary camera.
Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold Gets A Refreshed Camera Design
Google has shared the first official look at the Pixel 11 Pro Fold through a post on X. The foldable smartphone will feature a square-shaped back camera module, but the camera island has been slightly changed.
The two pill-shaped camera sections are now larger than those on the previous-generation model. The back panel still comes with the centered Google logo, while the power button and volume keys are placed on the right side. A speaker grille and microphone are also visible on the top edge.
Google Pixel 11 Pro Fold Expected Specifications
While the tech giant has not officially confirmed the specifications yet, previous leaks suggest the Pixel 11 Pro Fold may feature an 8-inch OLED foldable display and a 6.4-inch OLED cover screen.
This flagship is likely to be powered by Google’s new Tensor G6 processor along with the Titan M3 security chip. It could offer up to 16GB of RAM and as much as 1TB of internal storage.
For optics, the flagship is anticipated to include a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor, a 10.5MP ultrawide camera, and a 10.8MP periscope telephoto lens. It is also expected to feature two 10MP front-facing cameras, one on the cover display and another on the inner foldable screen.
Google has also revealed that the smartphone will debut with many Gemini AI-powered features, although it has not yet revealed the complete list.
