Revenue from operations spiked to Rs 528 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, while Net Transaction Value (NTV) surged 42 percent year-on-year to Rs 1,465 crore. The company fulfilled 13.2 million orders, up 79 per cent from a year earlier, and added over 1.2 million new users, its highest-ever quarterly customer addition. Urban Company’s consolidated adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to Rs 65 crore from Rs 98 crore in the previous quarter. Excluding investments in its quick home services business InstaHelp, adjusted EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 67 crore, compared with Rs 31 crore in the year-ago quarter. Experts believe the strong Q1 operating performance and Morgan Stanley’s upgrade has been a significant positive for the stock.
