According to the Delhi Police, the existing protocol remains unchanged. The protocol dictates, that the protest organisers must submit a formal application seeking permission. Once the permission is granted by a competent authority, a maximum of 1,000 participants are permitted at the venue. The set norms are based on the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) directed by the Supreme Court.
