According to police, the case was registered following a complaint filed by the child’s 30-year-old mother. The accused, identified as Ramzan Bannoosab Bagwan (61), a resident of Tathawade, allegedly lured the complainant’s daughter to his house and repeatedly sexually assaulted her. The complaint also alleges that the accused attempted to forcibly take the complainant’s four-year-old daughter to his house as well.
