The Indian hockey team has moved from the traditional blue, which is the traditional jersey color of Indian national teams across all sports, ahead of the upcoming Hockey World Cup 2026, which will take place in the Netherlands (Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen) and Belgium (Stade Justin Peeters in Wavre) from 14th to 30th August. This will mark the first time the men’s and women’s tournaments are taking place at the same time and venue.
