Overseas, the Vijay-starrer added another Rs 10 crore gross on Day 2, taking its international total to Rs 37.50 crore. Overall, Jana Nayagan has amassed an impressive worldwide gross collection of Rs 112.50 crore within two days of release. As expected, the Tamil version remained the biggest contributor to the film’s earnings. On Day 2, the Tamil version collected Rs 17.95 crore while running across 6,304 shows and recorded an occupancy of around 44 per cent. The Hindi dubbed version earned Rs 1.85 crore, while the Telugu version collected Rs 1.35 crore.
