Police teams from Tindi Police Station, district administration officials and rescue personnel reached the spot soon after the incident. Heavy machinery was also deployed to remove the debris and speed up the rescue operation. Earlier, Lahaul-Spiti Police had confirmed receiving information about the accident, following which teams were immediately dispatched to the remote location.
