Danielle, however, was removed from the group after ADOR terminated her contract in December 2025, alleging unauthorized activities and her family’s involvement in the dispute. The agency has since filed a damages lawsuit worth 43.1 billion KRW (approximately $29 million) against Danielle, a family member and former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, accusing them of contract breaches, “tampering,” and participating in unsanctioned entertainment projects, including an alleged collaboration with a U.S. band.
