The report said 11 districts and 36 revenue circles have been affected, including Biswanath, Charaideo, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Jorhat, Kamrup, Karbi Anglong, Nagaon, Sivasagar and Tinsukia. A total of 758 villages have been inundated, affecting 3,10,807 people, while 14,411.267 hectares of crop area remain submerged.
