The probe agency made the submission before the Rouse Avenue Court’s special CBI Judge Ajay Gupta. “The seriousness of the offence can be seen not only from the loss of millions of the working hours of these students, their aspiration and trust on the education system, but also the from the loss of various resources involved in conducting the examination,” the CBI said.
