ICC Takes Action Against Gurnoor Brar Before 2nd ODI Against England

The ICC has reprimanded Gurnoor Brar before the 2nd ODI against England and handed him a demerit point. The ICC released a statement a couple of hours before the second ODI and announced that the India pacer has been warned for breaching the level one of the ICC Code of Conduct. He breached Article 2.9 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “throwing a ball at or near a player in an inappropriate and or dangerous manner during an international match.”
