According to Jamshid, the director then summoned his supervisor and questioned why he had been allowed to enter the terminal without the complete uniform. After his supervisor apologised, Jamshid says he was instructed to apologise to her as well, which he did. He alleges that he was then told to touch his supervisor’s feet, an instruction he found “deeply humiliating and degrading” in a professional workplace.
