Further, he said that empowering young people through education, skills and innovation is essential for achieving the vision of a “Viksit Bharat”, as he called for greater investment in youth. He also congratulated the teachers and students of Goa for their achievements at the national level, which include award-winning teachers and students excelling in national examinations.
