According to the notification, all such admissions and migrations must now take place only through the SAMARTH Lateral Entry Portal. Colleges and universities have been instructed not to process any migration requests manually, offline or through any alternative mechanism. Any migration carried out outside the designated portal will be treated as unauthorised and will not be recognised for academic records, credit transfer or other administrative purposes.
