The menu has grown steadily over the decades. Kebabs, tandoori dishes, seafood, biryanis and family thalis have been added, while the restaurant has retained its Mughlai identity. The kitchen still grinds its own spice blends in-house. Signature dishes include mutton masala fry, chicken masala fry, bheja masala fry, keema, brain egg in mince, bhaji gosht, mutton roast and parathas, which are served only in the morning and remain a favourite with regulars.
