“I used the phrase ‘Bhade ke Tattu’. Some people felt hurt and said the Chief Minister should speak in a more cultured manner. Fine, I take back that phrase. In a more cultured manner, I will call them ‘Bhatak Gadharbh’. And if anyone still doesn’t understand that, then ‘Suparibaaz’,” Fadnavis said.
