A landslide triggered by heavy rainfall struck Meenakshi Bridge near Kalladi in Kerala’s Wayanad district on Tuesday, leaving one person dead and several others trapped, according to officials. The incident occurred in the Mepadi region, prompting a large-scale rescue operation involving the Fire Force, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), police and district authorities.
