A 12-year-old girl was allegedly raped and murdered in Baruipur, South 24 Parganas near Kolkata, sparking outrage and protests in the area since Sunday morning. According to the girl’s family, she had gone out on Saturday around 4 PM to buy food when she went missing. She was allegedly abducted by four individuals during this time.
