Actor Dulquer Salmaan was recently questioned by the Customs Department in connection with the alleged luxury SUV smuggling and tax evasion case. Last year, the Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate launched Operation Numkhor and began a statewide crackdown on the alleged illegal import of luxury vehicles from Bhutan using fake registrations to evade taxes. During the operation, officials conducted searches at multiple locations across Kerala, including Dulquer’s residence. Reportedly, four vehicles linked to the actor were seized as part of the investigation. Days after his seven-hour-long interrogation, Dulquer has reportedly been summoned again.
