The film follows the story of Vicky, a young man living in the quiet town of Chanderi. During the annual puja, residents believed that a woman’s spirit attacks men and undresses them before kidnapping. Every home had ‘O Stree Kal Aana’ written in red. Around the same period, Vicky meets a mysterious lady and falls in love with her without knowing her identity. After his friend Jana is kidnapped by ‘Stree’, Vicky realises that he is the saviour in disguise. He is advised to chop off Stree’s braid to free the town from her curse. Despite doing so, the story of the mysterious woman continues in the second part. Stree 3 is expected to reveal her identity, which is only known to Vicky.
