Investigators believe the blast was caused by a booby-trapped package left inside the building. The Monaco public prosecutor’s office said the suspect fled the scene and remains at large. Authorities have also released details about the suspect based on CCTV footage. The man was reportedly wearing beige trousers, a black jacket, and a black hat that partially concealed his face. A still image obtained by BFMTV appears to show him running away from the scene after the explosion.
